Niewdel provides AI consulting, software development, automation, web design, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product depends on the terms of your specific service agreement. Some engagements result in full ownership transfer to the client upon payment. Others are delivered under a subscription or licensing model, where Niewdel retains ownership of the product and the client receives access for the duration of their active subscription. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to the product may be revoked.

The specific ownership and licensing terms will be clearly defined in your service agreement before any work begins. Niewdel retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential concepts developed during any engagement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. Technology projects involve inherent uncertainties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niewdel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

This website is provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
